| ARROYO AIR SYSTEM: Automatically provides for outside air intake in
lieu of compressor operation during conditions where the inside of your
home is too hot and the outside temperature is cool. Can be retrofit to
existing forced air conditioning systems. Includes a manually controlled
ventilation mode where outside air may be introduced if desired, during
heating, cooling or fan only operation.
PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTATS: Allows for automatic temperature change and/or fan only operation at pre-programmed times. CONDENSER PRE-COOLERS: Raises efficiency and cooling capacity of existing condensers by evaporative water cooling of the refrigeration condensers. CONDENSING FURNACES: Extracts more heat from the fuel (natural gas) by utilizing a secondary condensing heat exchanger. Provides up to 96% A.F.U.E. compared with 80% A.F.U.E. of ordinary gas furnaces. HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSING UNITS: Offers more cooling capacity with a smaller compressor by utilizing more condenser coil surface and a scroll compressor. Available in models above 13 S.E.E.R. rating. HIGH EFFICIENCY/LOW RESISTANCE FILTERS AND AIR CLEANERS: Provides more dense, pleated filter media, but less resistance by increasing the filter area. |
